Down Syndrome Kerry is a parent led voluntary organisation with a membership base of over 230 families spread throughout County Kerry and into parts of Cork and Limerick. We are a family community who work together to better the lives of our children.
• To provide our members with vital therapies and services to supplement inadequate state provision.
• To help people with Down syndrome make their own futures as bright and independent as possible by providing them with education, support and friendship every step of the way.
Down Syndrome Kerry is an associated branch of Down Syndrome Ireland but is financially independent from DSI. We receive no state funding. Monies are raised through donations and fundraising events by the branch or individuals on our behalf.
